1. PAYMENT REGULATIONS

1.1. Payment via the ezCloud Global Online Gateway (Online Payment, Instant Issuance) This payment method is designed for visitors purchasing electronic tickets online for automatic issuance. The ezCloud payment gateway is a leading reputable and secure system in Vietnam, fully integrated into our e-ticketing website. Payment Policy

1.2. Corporate Bank Transfer This method applies to manual booking requests for travel agencies, affiliates, and large corporate groups. Please transfer funds to the Ba Den Mountain Cable Car Ticket Office using the details below:

1.3. Cash Payment at the Ticket Office (Not Recommended) In accordance with new government regulations effective July 1, 2025, corporate clients requesting VAT invoices must make payments via corporate bank transfer (regardless of the transaction amount) to be eligible for tax deductions.


2. SERVICE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to guarantee service quality while protecting the best interests of our customers. In certain cases of refund or cancellation, the Ticket Office will apply penalties in accordance with the regulations of the tourist area.

Once purchased, sightseeing and entertainment tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason (except in cases of seller error as defined in Article 2.2).

If cancellation occurs due to force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, epidemics, etc., both parties will negotiate a solution based on mutual benefit.

2.1. Applicability Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, which forms an integral part of our Terms of Service, the Ticket Office protects the Buyer’s rights by allowing requests for service refunds/cancellations prior to expiration. The guaranteed timelines are specified in Article 2.4.

2.2. Conditions for Cancellation and Refund Requests The Buyer agrees that they may only request a service cancellation (return)/refund if the Product/Service is not a restricted item, has been confirmed by the Ba Den Mountain Ticket Office and the Buyer, and satisfies one of the following conditions:

  • The Buyer has paid but (i) did not receive the product/service, or (ii) did not receive the full order.
  • The Seller delivered the wrong product to the Buyer (e.g., wrong ticket name, wrong ticket type, etc.).
  • The product received differs significantly from the information provided by the Seller in the product description.

All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing (via certified mail or valid email); the Ba Den Mountain Ticket Office does not accept cancellation requests via telephone.

We carefully review all Return/Exchange requests and reserve the right to make the final decision based on the regulations stated above and our Terms of Service.

2.3. No Change of Mind Except as explicitly mentioned in this Policy, returns or cancellations due to a change of mind by the Buyer will not be accepted.

2.4. Guaranteed Timelines

  • For Individual Buyers: Requests must be made prior to using the service and must satisfy the conditions outlined in Article 2.2.
  • For Travel Agencies and Group Bookings: To modify a booking (increase/decrease service quantity) while retaining the commercial discount, Travel Agencies and Group clients must submit requests at least 24 hours prior to service usage.

2.5. Final Provisions The Ba Den Mountain Ticket Office provides these Terms of Service & Payment/Refund Policies clearly to the Buyer. By continuing to use the service on this website, the Buyer acknowledges full agreement with all stated terms and conditions. We accept no liability for subsequent complaints arising from a failure to read these terms carefully.

The contents of these Terms of Service & Payment/Refund Policies may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice to the Buyer. The date of the last update is displayed below.
